The Trails

The Carmi Recreation Trails System is frequented by many of our community and tourists alike for a multitude of activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, school groups, and off road vehicle use. It is a rustic setting. Please use at your own risk.

Trail Etiquette

During the winter months the trails are track set for X-Country skiing when snow conditions permit. Trails are also availble for snowshoeing and fat biking during this time. Please follow the following trail etiquette when ski tracks are present.

As per Rec Sites and Trails BC, (Forest Range and Practices Act, Forest Recreation Regulation 20(3)) -

Unauthorized motorized vehicles are NOT permitted on snow covered and/or groom trails.
